Supper Healthy Drinks

    Today I am sharing some beauty drinks for you. This drink give benefits to your skin and help in this drink I will use soaked almond. It will not harm as acidity.

Remedy no 1:-
    Almond have magnesium that help to relieve from stress and anxieties. Take 6 badam soaked for overnight. Take two banana pulse add 6 soaked almond and enough water make a shake and drink. If you can't sleep at night and your eyes vulture are lighter or very quickly you feel tired then it is the best drink for you. And it's also best for those people who take very much tension and stress and it's also reduced fine lines and wrinkles from your skin. If you want you can make it with milk but if you worried about gaining weight then take it with water. And you can take this at morning or any time.



Remedy no 2:-
   Next drink treat PCOS and lose belly fat. Take 6 overnight soaked almond, add 1 tbsp of flax seeds and 1 Apple mix and make a shake. If you have PCOS problem then you soaked fenugreek seeds for overnight take half tsp of fenugreek seeds or take little less from it but don't take so much. Remember don't drink that soaked water eat only Fenugreek seeds. Do this empty stomach in  morning. Then drink the shake. It has to regularise your hormone and lose weight. And with this tasty drink if you eat a boiled egg then your breakfast will be complete. It's a healthy drink but lose your belly fat again with for PCOS and it's good for your skin and hair. And it helps to normal your period and heal your body from within. Flax seeds have Omega 3 fatty acid it helps to glow your skin.




Remedy no 3:-
    If you want to use a night cream. Then soaked 10 to 12 Almonds for overnight make paste for make this paste you can add some water in it. Then strain it with the help of a strainer. Then add 1 tbsp of Aloevera Gel, half tbsp of Vaseline and 1 Vitamin E oil. You can skip vitamin E oil. You can store it 10 to 15 days in refrigerator. You can this in night daily. It's don't have any side effect.

    Cleanup is most important for our skin  to maintain a healthy and glowing complexion. Regular cleanup will help in getting rid of dead skin cells dirt and excess oil and sweat.
