Cleanup is most important for our skin to maintain a healthy and glowing complexion. Regular cleanup will help in getting rid of dead skin cells dirt and excess oil and sweat. And also it will keep the skin hydrated for a long time. Here also 3 steps these are cleaning, Scrubing and face pack.
Step 1 :- Cleaning
Clean up with curd. It's suite for all skin types. Curd will help Dirt from your skin and also helps to deep cleansing of your pores. If you think that curd don't suite to your face alternative you can use raw milk or fresh Alovera gel. Take 1 tbsp curd Massage it on your face for 2 to 3 minutes then risen off and pat dry.
Step 2 :- Scrubing
Take 1 tbsp plane oats add 1 tsp water mix it apply on your face very gently massage for 4 to 5 minutes. Then risen off with normal water and pat dry. If you have oily skin alternatively you can use rice flour or semolina (suji). But if you have a sensitive skin then oats is best for you.
Step 3 :- Face pack
Honey is a good anti aging. Honey helps to give you a wrinkle free skin. And it's nurises your skin. Take 1 tbsp honey add 1 tsp of turmeric powder mix it and apply on your face and neck leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then risen yit with normal water. Turmeric acts as anti bacterial. It's keep your skin infection free.
Tips :-
After clean up or any facial Don't do face wash with your face wash for 20 to 24 hours. You can wash with normal water. If you have very oily skin then you take some gram flour (Besan) mix water and face wash with it.
